The Delcorf is an apple crispy to perfection, with yellow flesh well flavored. This variety has a juicy acidity that gives it a note of freshness and makes it particularly popular during the summer.

Britemac

Britemac

Striped red apple, crunchy, sweet, very juicy and slightly acid white flesh. Excellent apple for eating and a good apple for cooking. Keeps for several months in a controlled atmosphere. Its qualities are as good or better than the McIntosh apple.

Primegold

Primegold

Yellow apple very sweet, firm and very honey like taste. Excellent for eating and for cooking, yellow flesh.

Melba

Melba

Summer apple green and pink, juicy, sour and half sweet. Its flesh is very white. Excellent apple for eating and for cooking, it falls apart completely into puree during cooking and keeps its color.

Paulared

Paulared

Red apple, hard, sweet, sour and juicy. Excellent cooking apple (sauce) it breaks into a puree. It will keep several weeks in the refrigerator. It cannot be frozen.

Britegold

Britegold

Yellow apple whose flesh is very sweet. This is an apple-pear that tastes like pear!

Lobo

Lobo

Big red apple, crunchy, sweet and juicy. Its flesh is very white and tinged pink. Excellent apple for eating and for cooking, it retains its shape when partially cooked. Will keep several weeks in the refrigerator.

McIntosh

McIntosh

Average red and green apple, sweet, crisp, very juicy and slightly acid. Its flesh is white sometimes tinged with red. Most grown apple in Quebec. Excellent apple for eating and good for cooking, will become puree but will retain its color. Keeps for several months in a controlled atmosphere.

Spartan

Spartan

Average juicy red apple, very firm and very sweet. The flesh is creamy white, slightly tinged with red. Excellent apple to eat, to cook and to make juice. This is an apple that holds its shape while cooking. Keeps for several months in a controlled atmosphere. It withstands freezing.

Cortland

Cortland

This is an excellent apple for eating and cooking. It is most commonly used for making pies. Low-acid apple is slightly defeated by cooking and retains its color. Makes good dried apples. It will keep for several months in controlled atmosphere. It bears very well to freezing.

Liberté

Liberté


Red apple of medium size firm flesh and half-sour taste and sweet. Excellent apple for eating and for making jelly. Will keep in refrigerator up to 4 months.

Honeycrisp

Honeycrisp

Big Apple that has a shape flattened to flattened-rounded red and green. Its flesh is cream colored, juicy and exceptionally crisp. This is an apple sweet, aromatic and slightly acid. Keeps for several months in the fridge while keeping its hardness. It freezes well. This is an excellent apple for pies.
